As a weaver, my interests and skills blend together. A little part of everything I do informs the other parts. For example, when I am working with the clothing of someone who has passed away, I tune my heart to Reiki’s universal love. When I hold space for someone in a difficult time, perhaps the threads of their life can be re-woven into a new story (though not with any bypassing or wishful thinking). When I re-work existing fabrics that would otherwise be discarded in a landfill, I am holding space for a better future and using my divine light to ‘be the change I wish to see.’

If you are searching for an exceptional and personalized handwoven item, I would love to create something special for you. I offer custom-designed pieces that are tailored to your preferences. Together we can design a rug, table decor, yoga mat, pillow, or tote bag – as a special gift or something to make your house a home for years to come.
One-on-One Coaching
My coaching service is based on the Holding Space concepts and are designed to support individuals going through transitions or difficult times. Coaching sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to explore career changes, relationship issues, personal growth challenges, and more.
Reiki Sessions
I offer Reiki sessions to help energize your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Whether you are looking for physical or emotional relief or spiritual enhancement, Reiki can provide a transformative and healing experience.
Classes, Workshops & Retreats
Personal growth support services can be tailored to your needs. Together we can design a class, workshop or retreat that can assist people in gaining important insights and tools for personal transformation. I have significant facilitation experience both in person and online. I am also available for speaking engagements.

Do you know someone who is getting married or buying a new home and you’d love to surprise them with an extra-special gift?
The reasons to design a piece with me are endless. All you need is an inkling of an idea and we can go from there. Please browse the shop to get an idea of my style and the materials available, and we’ll see what our imaginations can dream up!
At purchase you’ll be asked for a $50 deposit, which is refundable if the project is cancelled. After sharing your ideas we’ll decide on a plan with projected cost and timeline.
Price is calculated on linear inches of the finished item, not including fringe, from $2.95/inch (for fluffy material of simple design) up to $7.50/inch for cottons, corduroys and denims (depending on intricacy and width) plus other in-between options. One on One Coaching
We all go through changes and struggles, and it helps to have a space to process all of that, with a person who asks good questions, who refrains from judgment and critique, and helps you to see other factors that might be at play, such as underlying needs, interpersonal dynamics, and cultural conditioning.
I would be honoured to be that person for you. With my extensive background studying the concepts of Holding Space, I am able to create trauma-informed containers that offer safety and stability while engaging in deep personal reflection. Perhaps I can support you in making a change or enforcing a boundary, in moving through perfectionism or codependency, or just needing a place to have a good cry with someone who listens well.
Sessions are held online or in-person at my home (or alternative arrangements may be made) and scheduled at the client’s convenience. You are welcome to select a time via my online booking site or be in touch directly to arrange a time. Sessions can be purchased as 1 hour or a block of 6 hours to be used various times.

Reiki Sessions
It is a special joy to feel the flow of Reiki energy and a privilege to share this spiritual space with others. For me, this practice is a blend of integrity, intuition, and surrender. I am merely the vessel through which healing energy can be channelled and moved to do its own process.
How does it work? Physics is revealing that everything in this world is energy~even solid matter is energy moving~emotions are “E-“nergy in “-Motion”~and that is enough for me to believe that the energy does what it is supposed to do without me having to overly direct or deeply understand the process.
I also trust that when someone is ready for a session together, then it is the right time, likely for reasons neither of us may fully know.
Reiki sessions are in-person (not online or distance) at my home, or other location if suitable. We will talk about intention and your desires for healing, and then most of the time together is laying down in an atmosphere of love, relaxation, and warmth. Laying on of hands is common but not necessary. You’re welcome to bring crystals or tokens that invoke healing qualities for you. It’s also okay to say “no” to any suggestion or invitation, and to make requests for your comfort.
Sessions are 1 hour for $70

I have been a public speaker for various things: from school classrooms as the “Guest Artist” to Mental Health & Wellness presentations, from preaching sermons to delivering multi-day workshops. We can custom design an event or course that would suit your organization or group, or I would be thrilled to be a presenter at your event.
As a Master Practitioner of Holding Space I can deliver robust demonstations and offer specific tools and resources on why Holding Space for others and yourself is so beneficial. Other topics can be related to creativity, mindfulness, accessing your ‘inner voice’, the effects of trauma, or mental and emotional health.

Memory Tapestries
Creating a memory tapestry is a meaningful way to honour the memory of a loved one. Using their clothing and personal effects, I can craft a beautiful and lasting tribute that captures the essence of their life. Each tapestry is a unique and heartfelt creation that can be cherished for years.
Drawing on my decades of attending church both as the organist and as the sometimes-preacher, I cherish the value of family love and tradition. It is an honour for me to play the music at a funeral and, in so doing, to create space for the family to grieve and celebrate the memory of the dearly departed. I appreciate the weaving that goes on at a funeral: the words and the songs, the tears and the smiles, the photos and the stories, the various friends and acquaintances that represent different chapters of life; we all have a rich tapestry that was made during our earthly voyage, and a funeral is a final capturing and revealing of what that person created in their lifetime. We can create a memorial piece to mark this occasion.
