Yoga Mats

One benefit of hand-woven yoga mats is that you can ground with them ~ especially if you practice outside. Instead of a piece of rubber blocking all that happy earth, you can snuggle up with those good vibes directly by using a fibre mat. Some are available in all cotton, some are a poly-cotton blend. All yoga mats can go in the wash (its a big job, but it will work!) so if they get dirt or grass ~ or sand from the beach! ~ you are still good to go.  They shake out pretty nicely, and roll up just like a regular yoga mat. Sizes are 25-30″ wide, and 72-84″ long (can be longer on request).
